My sons and daughters…why do you sit and slumber while there are places that lie in waste and are desolate? For I [God], have called you to be water in dry places and light in dark places. Arise! There is a change of the guard. There is a change of guard, and the old has made way for the new. We are no longer doing things by the "sweet by and by". As policies change, strategies must change. The new will be strategic. The new will be bold. Take up new warfare strategies; for as there has been a dawning of a new day, the warfare and strategies must new also.
"As I press you forth (says the LORD), LISTEN and watch -- for what used to be familiar is no longer familiar, but has been set as a trap and a snare. Do not walk in yesterday's familiarity."

Thus said the LORD: There are those that have abandoned their post>>those whom I have called and equipped. But, because times got hard, they have abandoned and forsaken the things that I [God] have called them to do & I am calling for the men to return to their post. They have abandoned the things I have called them to. Therefore, you have villages and countries crying out, "Where is our help and where is the salvation of the Lord? Where is our help?". I have called some to the mission field, but they have abandoned my mission for their mission and the people are crying out wanting to know about Me. It’s not that they’ve never heard of me. They are like the eunuch in the chariot>>>[they are] waiting for Phillip to arise and waiting for Phillip to show up on the scene. Where are you Phillip? Where are you Phillip? My people hunger for knowledge and revelation and where are you Phillip? You’re missing in action! You have pursued business and cooperate where it looks good. You have preferred a suit and tie over the souls of my people. I love them (the people) and I shall save, but there are those whom I sent. There are those whom I’ve equipped and you cashed in the calling for cooperate. Answer the call.
And Philip ran thither to [him], and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him. Acts 8:30,31
